Do I need an appointment?

Yes — WsM Prom is an appointment-only boutique, so all visits must be booked in advance.

What is your price range?

Our prom dresses typically range from £150–£600.

Do you keep school lists?

Yes! Once a deposit has been placed on a dress, that style is secured for your school and will not be sold again, even in a different colour.

Do you sell dresses off the peg?

Yes — we stock both off-the-peg dresses and orderable styles.

How long do appointments last?

Prom appointments typically last around one hour, giving you time to explore different styles and try on dresses.

Can I bring guests?

Of course! We recommend bringing a small group whose opinions you trust most.

Do you stock plus sizes?

We stock a range of sizes and styles to help every customer feel confident and comfortable during their appointment.

Do you offer alterations?

While we do not carry out alterations in-store, we are happy to recommend local seamstresses.

What if I find a dress I love?

If you find your dream dress, a deposit secures the gown and your school list protection.

Are your dresses made to measure?

All of our dresses are made to order rather than made to measure. This means dresses are ordered in the closest dress size to your measurements and may still require alterations for the perfect fit.

When will my dress arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on the designer and the time of year your order is placed. Dresses ordered before 1st March are guaranteed to arrive by 31st May.

After 1st March, dress ordering becomes more limited, however we still have a large range of off-the-peg dresses available to take home the same day.

Your stylist will always discuss estimated delivery times with you before ordering your dress.
